Select only what you want to process
Image selection starts with Android’s system photo picker. Choose one photo for a focused edit or select multiple images for a batch. The app reads the selected content and the local metadata needed to display and process it, such as dimensions, format, file size, transparency information, and orientation.
You do not need to grant the app read access to your complete photo library. Add or remove items from the selection before moving to configuration.

Configure size, quality, dimensions, and format
Set a target file size in KB or MB, then choose the controls that matter for the intended destination. Resize by percentage for a quick reduction or provide exact width and height values when a form, marketplace, or publishing system expects specific dimensions.
Format choice affects the result. JPG is broadly compatible for photographs, PNG supports transparency and lossless output, and WEBP can offer an efficient balance between quality and size. For very small target files, JPG or WEBP will usually be more suitable than PNG.

Process locally and follow progress
Compression, conversion, resizing, comparison preparation, and background removal are performed by app code on the device. The developer does not operate an image-processing backend that receives selected photos or generated results.
For a batch, the app shows progress and produces a summary for the individual items. A failed or cancelled item does not erase the results that completed successfully.

Remove a background without a remote model
Background removal uses a U2-NetP model packaged with the app and ONNX Runtime on the device. The model does not need to download an image to a remote service to identify the subject.
After the preview is ready, keep the background transparent or choose a solid replacement color. Transparent output is available through PNG or WEBP. A colored background can also be exported as JPG.

Review the result before it leaves the app
The result view helps you compare the original and processed image and understand what changed. Review the original and processed file sizes, dimensions, format, and reported savings before choosing a next action.
Saving writes a generated image to the shared Pictures collection. Open and Share use Android’s standard app-selection flow, so you decide which receiving application gets temporary access to the chosen result.

Return to recent work in local History
History keeps recent compression and background-removal records in the app’s private local storage. You can revisit visible results, remove an individual record, or clear History from within the app.
Temporary output files may be removed when Android clears cache. Images that you deliberately saved to the public gallery remain there until you delete them through a gallery or file manager.

Does the app upload my photos?
No. Selected and generated images are processed locally and are not uploaded to a developer-operated image-processing server. Internet access is used for Google advertising and consent services, not to send your photos for compression or background removal.
Will the final file always match my exact KB or MB target?
The app compresses toward the selected target. The final file can differ because format, image complexity, transparency, dimensions, and the need to preserve usable quality affect how small an image can safely become.
Which image formats can I create?
You can export JPG, PNG, or WEBP. Transparent background results are available in PNG or WEBP. A solid replacement background can be exported in PNG, WEBP, or JPG.
How many images can I process together?
A batch can contain up to 50 selected images. The app applies the chosen workflow, shows progress, and provides a per-image summary when processing finishes.
Does background removal need an internet connection?
The background-removal model is bundled with the app and runs on the device through ONNX Runtime. It does not require a remote model or an image upload. Google advertising and consent functions may still use an internet connection elsewhere in the app.
Where are saved images stored?
When you choose Save, generated images are written to the device’s shared Pictures collection where supported. They remain in the public gallery until you remove them with a gallery or file manager.
Does the app need an account?
No. The app does not create user accounts. History and temporary processing files are stored locally in app-private storage and cache.
Which languages are available?
The app includes a searchable selector with 26 packaged language or regional options, plus System Default. Available options include multiple Indian languages as well as Arabic, Chinese, English, French, German, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Urdu.
